By accessing and using the Skin Type Solutions portal for ModMed Procure customers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Account Requirements

To use this portal, you must:

• Be an authorized representative of a medical practice
• Be a customer of ModMed Procure
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Have authority to authorize payments on behalf of your practice

Payment Terms

By authorizing payment methods, you grant Skin Type Solutions permission to charge your saved payment methods for orders placed through ModMed Procure. All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment processors.

Product Orders

Orders are placed through ModMed Procure and fulfilled by Skin Type Solutions. Product availability, pricing, and shipping terms are subject to change. All sales are final unless products are defective or damaged.

Limitation of Liability

Skin Type Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
